This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license in accordance with AU driver policy requirements. You will also deliver exceptional customer service and communication while supporting a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team culture.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for an automotive location.

+ Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including parking areas, entrances, showrooms, service drive areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unwanted activity and/or unusual behavior.

+ Monitor access points and observe site activity to help identify unauthorized entry, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations, while following post orders and escalation procedures.

+ Support daily operations by assisting with traffic and visitor flow, maintaining a visible presence, and communicating professionally with staff and guests regarding site rules and security-related concerns.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
