Security Officer Patrol Position

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and sharing information with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.;
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance issues to the appropriate contact.;
Support store operations during opening, closing, and busy shopping periods by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and general questions, and helping to deter unauthorized activity.
