Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a cultural institution setting;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout galleries, exhibit areas, public spaces, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and staff movement, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or unusual conditions;
Support closing and opening routines as assigned, including checking designated areas, verifying restricted spaces remain controlled, and reporting issues
