Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, visitors, and first responders as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to identify unusual activity and site concerns;
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to support authorized access, report security-related issues, and document daily activity;
Assist with de-escalation, follow post orders, and report observed hazards and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel
