Overnight Security Supervisor

Andy Frain Services, a leader in finance and insurance security services, is seeking an Overnight Security Supervisor to oversee safety at our financial facilities. In this role, you will supervise overnight security staff, monitor access control and surveillance systems, and coordinate responses to incidents and emergencies. You will ensure adherence to security policies, maintain detailed reports, and collaborate with management to protect assets, data, and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise overnight security staff and daily shift activities
• Monitor access control, CCTV, and alarm systems for multiple facilities
• Conduct patrols, inspections, and incident investigations
• Enforce company security policies and regulatory requirements
• Prepare incident reports and maintain security logs
• Coordinate response to emergencies and escalate issues as needed
• Train, coach, and schedule security officers
• Liaise with site management and law enforcement when required
