Plumber – Night Shift

Compensation: $104,000–$200,000

Location: Tualatin, OR

Overview

We are looking for experienced, service‑minded plumbers to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll handle everything from routine fixture repairs to full system replacements. Ideal candidates are problem‑solvers who respond quickly, deliver high‑quality workmanship, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer service calls and perform thorough evaluations of plumbing issues.
  • Diagnose problems accurately and present clear, effective repair or replacement options with estimates.
  • Close service sales and complete installations and repairs for sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters, disposals, dishwashers, water softeners, and related fixtures.
  • Perform sewer and drain cleaning in various residential and commercial environments while ensuring all work sites are cleaned and restored.
  • Generate invoices, calculate service/product totals, process payments, and document guarantees via company‑provided smartphone.
  • Proceed to subsequent service calls efficiently throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Journeyman plumbing license or Apprentice Stage 4+ (or state‑equivalent certification).
  • Demonstrated success in selling plumbing services and products.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to obtain Excavation Certification through Competent Person Training (OSHA) within the first year.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Friendly, outgoing, and customer‑oriented personality.
  • Experience installing and repairing gas, electric, and tankless water heaters.
  • Strong customer‑facing skills with a natural sales mindset.
  • Backflow certification (company-supported).
  • OSHA 10 certification (company-supported).

Work Environment

You’ll perform service work in both residential and commercial settings while spending most of your day on the road. Clock in from the moment you leave home and earn $0.70 per mile
. Standard shifts average 8 hours, with overtime paid at 1.5× your weekly production rate

This is a Permanent position based out of Portland, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $ - $/yr.

office meetings are paid hourly wage at $125hr (rarely a full hour long)12 week employer paid training program, half in office and half in the field ($19-$25hr wage)
Company offers work phone & Tablet & Service Van Company pays for major equipment and tools (Employee must have basic hand tools of their own)
Weekly Pay (drive/miles paid separate from commission, so they get 2 checks paid each week)
Plumber can make $60,000- $200,000 Any referral pays out 3% commissions on that work

Any google review pays out $25 commission

Quarterly reviews
20% Commissions on all billings
