Cold Tech Refrigeration, a trusted commercial HVAC & refrigeration provider throughout the Intermountain West, is expanding in Portland, OR. We’re hiring a Senior Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician who wants stability, autonomy, and refrigeration-focused work — not micromanagement.

• $40–$50 per hour DOE (paid weekly)
• 100% company-paid medical insurance (individual coverage)
• Paid drive time between local customer sites

Commercial work only — HVAC/Refrigeration-focused service;
No residential work

• Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration & HVAC systems
• Troubleshooting complex electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues
• Work on small & large self-contained refrigeration systems
• Restaurant "hot” equipment service (fryers, ovens, etc.) — training available
• Managing service calls independently while supporting team operations
• Clear documentation of work performed, parts used, and recommendations
• Building long-term customer relationships through professional service

• 5+ years commercial HVAC/R service experience
• Strong HVAC / refrigeration troubleshooting skills
• EPA Type II required (Universal a plus)
• OSHA 30 and/or NATE preferred
• Comfortable running service calls independently
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
