Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Floating Service Technician based in Portland, OR. The Floating Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing property systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances. Daily responsibilities include conducting inspections, troubleshooting maintenance issues, and ensuring timely repairs to maintain safe and functional living environments for residents. The role also involves providing excellent customer service by addressing resident concerns and delivering prompt and effective resolutions.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving equipment and system issues
  • Experience in Field Service tasks, such as routine inspections and property upkeep
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to communicate effectively and resolve resident concerns
  • Prior experience in apartment or property maintenance preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are a plus
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
