Who we’re looking for

You’re an experienced building science specialist with great communication skills and an interest in educating other professionals about home performance, energy efficiency, and heat pump technology. As an organized, analytical, inquisitive, and collaborative individual, you’re excited by the idea of joining a nationally-recognized team responsible for ensuring that energy efficiency measures are designed and installed to provide the full range of cost, carbon, and comfort benefits.

You would like to further your career in the home performance industry by providing your technical expertise in a range of programs that include on-site inspections, remote home assessments, and contractor engagement, training, and consulting, both virtually and in-person.
