• Perform facilities repairs as necessary
• Schedule and communicate with contractors
• Perform lockout/tagout procedures according to company policy
• Install and assist with new and replacement equipment
• Work with CMMS system to create work request
• Perform preventative maintenance with regular inspections
• Other duties as assigned

• Must be able to understand and deliver basic commands in English
• Must have basic math skills, use a calculator and read a tape measure
• Must have ability to use precision measuring tools
• HVAC a plus
• Must have troubleshooting ability with facilities equipment, backup generators, overhead doors, plumbing
• Experience with roofing, concrete, and some structural facets
• Must have experience working with vendors
• Must have good computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office
• Familiar with electrical diagram
