Job Posting:
Starting at $28.00 per hour with a $1,000 sign‑on bonus paid after 120 days.
- Provide support to other installation teams.
- Observe installations and provide feedback as part of installers’ ongoing training.
- Resolve claims and customer issues.
- Maintain parts storage areas in warehouses, including organization and replenishment orders.
- Maintain accountability for cleanliness and organization of company trucks.
- Act as liaison between shipping/picking leadership and communicate long‑term needs to the Area Installation Manager.
- Perform pre‑installation and post‑installation inspections, engaging with builders to build strong rapport and promote customer retention.
- Partner with the Area Installation Manager to implement constructive ideas for program improvement.
- Use 3rd‑party software applications to enter data, pull reports, and build Project Master sheets when needed.
- Be responsible for driver duties and related responsibilities.
- 2+ years of installation experience working with high‑end luxury appliances (Sub‑Zero, Wolf, Miele, Genair, Thermador).
- Valid state‑issued license required.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Possession of a DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one.
- LMS license helpful, but not required.
- Ability to lift 70+ pound objects frequently and 90+ pound objects occasionally using lifting equipment.
- Proven leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to document detailed job notes clearly and concisely.
- Ability to read and understand product specifications and project plans.
- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to coordinate and prioritize work.
- Strong organization, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑starter, critical thinker, and self‑sufficient.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Pre‑employment drug and background screening required.
