US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled and special operational checks of electrical equipment aboard a sea-going vessel, including switchboards, relays, circuit breakers, and related systems;
Inspect gauges and components, diagnose issues, and perform repairs or adjustments as required;
Conduct periodic or special preventative maintenance on electrical units;
Dismantle, replace, lubricate, and repair worn elements as needed;
Install new or replacement equipment (e.g., floodlights, signals, fixtures) and assist in electrical system integration on board
