We are currently seeking a Senior level Installer + Wood Fabricator. You’ll install cabinets, millwork/casework, retail displays, and fixtures. Some installs are local, others involve travel across the country—including Seattle, LA, Denver, and NYC. Install durations vary, and we aim to keep travel reasonable. In downtime from installs, the Lead Installer will work in the shop on fabrication, dry fitting, and preparations for upcoming projects.

A passport or Real  required for air travel to non‑local sites.

Lead installers mentor the team on site and in the shop, teaching and guiding. Our deadline‑driven work requires schedule flexibility: long days, weekend or overnight work, and occasional Saturday or Sunday labor. We usually opt out of all‑hands weekend work for employees who have traveled.

We are looking for someone skilled with tools and experienced in high‑end product installation. Candidates should have years of shop and finish carpentry experience focused on cabinets and fixtures, and be able to work with wood, solid surface, plastic, laminates, and metal. Ambition, strong work ethic, quality consciousness, reliability, and a willingness to learn and ask questions are essential.

From year two, you accrue 20 days of PTO. Combined with paid holidays, our benefits are among the best in the industry. Installers receive a per diem for out‑of‑town travel and we cover lodging, airfare, and transportation.

The wage range for this role is $33/hour to $36/hour depending on experience.
