As our Residential Painter, you’ll earn $23.50 – $29.00 per hour, plus hourly bonus potential up to $4.00, all while working year‑round with full‑time hours.

• 2 - 5+ years of hands‑on residential repainting experience
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone with a data plan
• Ability to work full‑time in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the job (including ladder work up to 40ft, lifting, etc)

As a Residential Painter, your day revolves around delivering top‑tier finishes with confidence and speed. You approach every project with precision‑prepping surfaces, selecting primers, and hand‑painting walls, ceilings, and trim without oversight. You’re adept with airless sprayers, know how to maintain your tools, and monitor your own production rates to meet targets. When challenges arise, you troubleshoot quickly and keep communication open with your job site manager.

You set the standard for quality and efficiency, all while mentoring junior team members when needed.
