We’re looking for a dedicated Mechanic who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping our fleet in top condition, ensuring the safety and reliability of our vehicles. With your mechanical expertise, you’ll diagnose and repair both diesel and gas engines, conduct preventative maintenance, and ensure we’re always meeting safety and federal standards.

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on our fleet (engines, electrical, hydraulics, brakes, tires, etc.)
  • Conduct DOT-mandated safety inspections and ensure compliance
  • Troubleshoot and repair vehicle mechanical issues—no day is the same!
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas, keeping OSHA standards front and center
  • Collaborate with our team to keep the fleet running smoothly around the clock
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of mechanic/technician experience
    .
  • Familiarity with engines (diesel experience is a plus), electrical systems, heavy equipment, and hydraulics
  • Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus!) and insurable driving record. License must be Real  within 90 days of hire.
  • Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to perform both routine and advanced repairs
  • Ability to pass a background check and UA
  • A passion for safety and attention to detail
