Service Technician

Perform regular maintenance, filter changes, troubleshooting, diagnostics and repair on commercial package gas and electric, heat pumps, air conditioners, hydronic systems, and associated components. • A WA O6A electrical certificate.
• A proven track record of delivering high‑quality, thorough service in the commercial HVAC industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging available resources to solve complex repair challenges.
• A valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and all required trade licenses.

• Positive, can‑do attitude.
• Strong work ethic.
• Highly adaptable with initiative.

• Desire to independently learn and solve problems (self‑directed).
• Comfort in a lean, results‑oriented environment that expects growth.
• Enjoyment of an open, innovative culture with family‑like support.

$25 – $70 per hour, paid in accordance with the union wage scale. Benefits are administered by the Union.
