Position SummaryThe Laborer is responsible for installing and repairing roofs on commercial structures. The Laborer is also responsible for removing old roofing materials before making repairs to the structure and applying new roofing materials.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Handling and installing roofing components
- Inspect and test roof for leaks
- Suggest necessary repairs
- Repair leaks and other roof problems
- Be attentive to clients, act professionally while on the job, and clean up thoroughly once the project is complete
- Follow all safety protocols
- Performs other work-duties as assigned

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least 1 year of professional roofing or construction experience preferred
- Proficient with industry equipment and hand tools
- Ability to lift between 40-50 pounds
- Ability to work outside
- Regularly wear gloves, hard hats, safety goggles, or ear plugs, depending on the job
- Are sometimes exposed to very hot or very cold temperatures when working outdoors
- Able to lift 40-50 pounds
- Climb a ladder safely
- Usually work close to others, typically within a few feet.

Working hours:
Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM and subject to change based on workload
