As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be the go-to expert for repairs, upkeep, and resident support. Your work will ensure that our apartment community is in top condition and that residents feel right at home.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Completing maintenance requests, work orders, and preventative maintenance with efficiency and care
  • Prepping apartments for new residents, including light electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
  • Maintaining community grounds, amenities, and common areas
  • Supporting move-ins, move-outs, and unit inspections
  • Troubleshooting and repairing building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, fire alarms, sprinklers, etc.)
  • Responding quickly to emergencies and on-call needs
  • Upholding safety standards, compliance with building codes, and company policies
  • Delivering excellent customer service to residents, vendors, and teammates

What we're looking for:

  • General maintenance experience, ideally in a residential or commercial setting
  • Knowledge of basic building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
  • Ability to travel between properties
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond with urgency
  • A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours emergencies

Why you'll love working with us:

  • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
  • Be part of a supportive and team-oriented workplace
  • Opportunity to learn, grow, and expand your maintenance skills
  • Make a visible impact every day by helping residents feel at home
