Neighbor Service Technician II

Responsible for general maintenance tasks including service requests and turnover functions to maintain a quality living environment for Neighbors.

• Customer Service – ensure Neighbors feel at home.
• Daily Operations – timely completion of apartment turnovers; troubleshoot and repair major and minor mechanical systems; appliance repairs, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years’ experience or training in apartment maintenance.
• Availability for on‑call services.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Basic computer proficiency and understanding of building materials and tools.
• Physical fitness: standing, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Pay Range: $25.00 to $28.25 per hour
