- Travel to job sites throughout the service area
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
- Valid driver's license with insurable record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
- This role requires participation in a registered apprenticeship program
- You do not need to be currently enrolled, but must be willing to enroll during the next available enrollment period
- Candidates already enrolled in an apprenticeship program are strongly preferred
- Trade school experience or HVAC coursework
- Previous construction or labor experience
- Basic tool knowledge
