Full‑time position. Variable schedule; must be available weekends and holidays. Rate of pay: $23.83 to $26.98 per hour/DOE.
ResponsibilitiesPerform general and preventative maintenance of all equipment, physical structures, and landscaping in compliance with corporate/franchise standards to protect assets, ensure optimum operations, and maximize guest satisfaction.
Qualifications- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting and carpentry required. Wall paper and carpet repair skills preferred.
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals and complete routine reports and logs.
- Communicate effectively in a courteous manner with guests and coworkers and maintain positive guest relations at all times.
- Add, subtract, multiply and divide using units of weight, volume, and distance.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete daily activities.
- Meet attendance requirements with dependability and consistency.
- Manage one’s time in order to meet productivity standards.
- Three years’ experience in building maintenance or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Previous experience in hospitality at a similarly sized property highly preferred.

Heavy work:
Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 50 lbs. of force frequently, up to 20 lbs. of force constantly to move objects. Must be able to see, walk, stand, bend, climb, balance, lift, carry, crouch, kneel, push and pull. Physical strength and manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment and perform required duties.
