SERVPRO of NW Portland is hiring mitigation technicians to join our growing team responding to water, fire, and storm damage across the Portland/Vancouver area.

• Respond to water, fire, and storm damage losses on active job sites
• Run structural drying using Dry Book for real-time documentation and moisture tracking
• Handle demo, extraction, content manipulation, and equipment setup
• Work directly with PMs and crew leads to keep projects moving from first response to close-out

• A structured training path with hands‑on mentorship and IICRC certification support from day one
• A real growth track — techs move up to Crew Chief, Lead Tech, and Production Management roles; we promote from inside

• Experience in water/fire mitigation, demo, or general restoration work (IICRC certs a plus, not required)
