Roofing Service Manager Summary

• Maintaining schedule, update, and coordination of commercial roofing services
• Assessing project risks and issues and providing solutions where applicable
• Thorough planning and project execution
• Effective leak detection and repair solutions
• Communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams

• Experience with TPO, EPDM, BUR, Foam, Metal, SPF roofing systems
• Minimum 3 years in commercial roofing
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with basic computer applications
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
