• BSW Tech ensures a high level of overall company and customer service/satisfaction to achieve company goals.
• Reports directly to the Field Manager.
• Provides excellent customer service and learns quickly in a rapidly growing industry.

• Place buried Fiber or Copper drop cable to residence/business.
• Trenching, boring & hand digging of service cables.
• Work with computers and/or smart devices.
• Residential/business services.
• Ensure cable is buried successfully.
• Meet/exceed quality expectations and standards.
• Ensure tools are in good working order.

• Must have own vehicle (SUV/TRUCK) capable of securely storing materials and tools.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Must be able/willing to climb, crawl and pull.
• Must have basic tools (Shovel/trenching shovel, misc. hand tools).
• Logical thinking skills.
