PM Hotel Group - - Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair hotel equipment across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems to minimize downtime;
Conduct scheduled inspections and repairs of building systems and guest-room equipment;
Replace and install light fixtures and bulbs; service electrical components;
Secure the building by monitoring and maintaining access control and security systems;
Communicate and coordinate with team to manage multiple maintenance tasks and priorities
