Residential HVAC Service Technician

Pay Range: $35.00-$45.00/hour, depending on experience

We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while delivering a professional customer experience.

- Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related HVAC equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Clearly explain system concerns and repair options to homeowners
- Identify appropriate repair, improvement, and replacement opportunities
- Complete service tickets, invoices, and job documentation accurately
- Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding scheduling and job progress
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Follow company safety, service, and quality standards
- Previous residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of common residential heating and cooling systems
- Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Universal EPA Certification
- NATE Certification or willingness to obtain
