We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while delivering a professional customer experience.

• Diagnose and repair residential furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Clearly explain system concerns and repair options to homeowners
• Identify appropriate repair, improvement, and replacement opportunities
• Complete service tickets, invoices, and job documentation accurately
• Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding scheduling and job progress
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
• Follow company safety, service, and quality standards

• Previous residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of common residential heating and cooling systems
• Ability to work independently and manage daily service calls
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Universal EPA Certification
• NATE Certification or willingness to obtain
