Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician
Location: Portland, OR
Pay Range: $25.00-$30.00/hour, depending on experience

We believe preventative maintenance plays an important role in keeping customers comfortable, reducing unexpected breakdowns, and extending the life of their equipment.
We're looking for a Residential HVAC Maintenance Technician with at least one year of HVAC experience who can perform thorough system maintenance, identify potential concerns, and provide homeowners with a professional and positive experience.

What You'll Do
- Perform preventative maintenance and tune-ups on residential furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related equipment
- Inspect systems for safety, performance, and efficiency concerns
- Clean, test, and adjust equipment according to company procedures
- Identify worn components, needed repairs, and potential system improvements
- Clearly explain system conditions and maintenance findings to homeowners
- Present repair or replacement recommendations when appropriate
- Complete service tickets, inspection reports, and job documentation accurately
- Communicate with dispatch and customers regarding scheduling and job progress
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
- Follow company safety, service, and quality standards
What You Bring
- At least one year of residential HVAC experience
- Knowledge of common residential heating and cooling systems
- Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to follow established maintenance procedures and inspection checklists
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- EPA Certification
- NATE Certification or willingness to obtain
