Residential HVAC Retrofit Installer
Pay: $36.00 - $41.00/hour depending on experience + Performance Incentives (Top performers earning $110,000+ annually)

You'll take ownership of residential retrofit installations from start to finish, making sure every system is installed correctly, efficiently, and professionally.
- Install furnaces, AC systems, and water heaters in retrofit applications
- Complete system startups and ensure proper operation
- Keep jobs on schedule while maintaining quality standards
- Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the install
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and company vehicles
- Complete installation documentation accurately
- Walk homeowners through system operation after install
- Support and guide install helpers on the job
- At least 1 year of experience as a lead HVAC installer
- Solid understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation practices
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to handle physical demands (lifting 50+ lbs, working in tight spaces)
- Journeyman-level experience
- NATE Certification
