Touchmark in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Building Services Technician to ensure buildings and equipment operate safely and efficiently, while keeping grounds and common areas clean.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, maintenance experience in a community setting (healthcare a plus), knowledge of appliances, HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. On-call rotation included.
