We're looking for a Lead Technician to help run mitigation jobs in the field - someone who knows the work inside and out and can guide a crew through it start to finish.
What you'll do:- Take moisture readings and scope jobs on-site
- Capture Matterport scans for documentation
- Lead small crews/teams through the project, making sure demo, drying, and equipment setup get done right
- Help set and monitor equipment (air movers, dehus, etc.)
- Keep jobs moving and on track from first arrival to completion
- Mentor techs on the crew and keep quality/safety standards on point
- Solid hands-on mitigation experience (water/fire/storm)
- IICRC WRT certification (or ability to obtain quickly)
- Comfortable leading a small team on-site, not just working solo
- Reliable, calm under pressure - this job doesn't run 9-5
- Willingness to work overtime when disasters call for it
- Overtime available
