Apprentice Project Technician

• Install, program, system start-up/check-out, certify, and customer training on assigned projects
• Runs wiring, installs hardware, and field terminate all devices
• Inspects and tests systems, batteries, and wiring; adjusts and repairs as required
• Replaces malfunctioning hardware when necessary
• Ensures installations comply with Stone Security Standards
• Familiar with basic blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to determine installation procedures unassisted, may require assistance with more complex specifications
• Performs other related duties as required
• Travel is required.

• Three years of experience installing network camera systems (Milestone, Axis, Hanwha and Bosch)
• Three years of experience installing security systems (DMP and Bosch)
• Three years of experience installing access control systems (Lenel and S2)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Aptitude for networking, computers and general IT is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3 years of related work experience required

Demonstrates expertise in installing and programming network camera systems, security systems, and access control systems while ensuring compliance with Stone Security Standards. Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solid foundation in networking and IT.
