We are looking for a Field Resource Specialist to join our team and support electrical compliance and supervision in Washington State. Position SummaryThe Field Resource Specialist will provide on-site supervision and observation of limited energy electrical work performed by our Field Service Technicians in Washington State. This compliance-focused role ensures all work aligns with state electrical laws, without requiring hands-on equipment servicing.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Field Service Technicians to ensure compliance with Washington State electrical regulations.
- Maintain required jobsite supervision, adhering to state-mandated presence and ratios.
- Validate tasks qualify as electrical work under Washington law, including low-voltage systems.
- Escalate or halt work exceeding the allowable scope of certification.
- Maintain accurate logs of supervised electrical work hours and support affidavit documentation.
- Partner with the Electrical Program Administrator to ensure timely hour submission.
- Support audit readiness and mitigate compliance risks.
- Active Washington State Electrical Certificate of Competency in 06 Limited Energy System Specialty Electrician.
- Ability to legally serve as a supervising electrician under Washington State law.
- Knowledge of Washington electrical laws and supervision requirements.
- Experience in maintaining accurate documentation and compliance records.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Experience supervising electrical trainees or field-based technicians.
- Familiarity with Washington Affidavit of Experience requirements.
- Experience with low-voltage or power-limited systems.
- Background in compliance, audit, quality assurance, or regulatory oversight.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
