PURE Home River is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician to support our residential communities by delivering reliable, high-quality maintenance services. In this field-based role, you will handle routine and emergency repairs, including basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues across single-family and multifamily homes. You will complete work orders, perform property inspections, and identify safety or repair needs, coordinating closely with residents and property managers.
Operating in a collaborative, service-driven culture, you'll use tech-enabled tools to track work, prioritize resident satisfaction, and uphold property standards while gaining exposure to a national, growth-focused property management platform.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance for single-family and multifamily homes
- Diagnose and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
- Complete work orders promptly while maintaining high-quality standards
- Conduct property inspections and report safety or repair needs
- Coordinate with residents, property managers, and vendors on maintenance activities
- Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in safe, working condition
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and company policies
- Provide on-call support for urgent maintenance requests as needed
