Fitzpatrick Painting & Construction is seeking an experienced, dependable, and motivated

Work Location: Projects are primarily located throughout the Portland Metro area
, with future opportunities on projects in the Salem area
. Must be willing and able to travel to assigned job sites.

What You’ll Do

• Hang, tape, mud, texture, and finish drywall to a high standard.
• Complete drywall repairs ranging from small patches to large remodels.
• Match existing textures and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Assist with residential and commercial painting projects when drywall work is limited, ensuring full-time, year-round work.
• Work alongside painters, carpenters, and project managers to keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.
• Qualifications
• 3+ years of drywall installation and finishing experience preferred.
• Painting experience is a plus and a willingness to assist with painting projects is required.
• Ability to perform smooth finishes and texture matching.
• Experience in residential and commercial projects is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders and scaffolding.
• Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
