HVAC Service Technician
$30-$42/hr + SPIFFs | Take-Home Vehicle

- Perform maintenance and service calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Solve electrical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues accurately
- Communicate repair recommendations clearly with homeowners
- Deliver a high-level customer experience without high-pressure sales tactics
- Work closely with dispatch and leadership to improve processes and customer satisfaction
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
- Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, team-oriented attitude
