$30-$42/hr + SPIFFs | Take-Home Vehicle

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and service calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Solve electrical, airflow, refrigerant, and control issues accurately
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly with homeowners
• Deliver a high-level customer experience without high-pressure sales tactics
• Work closely with dispatch and leadership to improve processes and customer satisfaction

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• EPA Certification (Universal preferred)
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, team-oriented attitude
• Someone who takes pride in doing the job right the first time
