Pay: $36.00 - $41.00/hour
, depending on experience plus performance incentives. Top performers can earn $110,000 per year in total compensation

As a Residential Retrofit Installer, you will be responsible for executing high-quality HVAC installations from start to finish. This includes system installation, startup, and ensuring the homeowner has a clear understanding of their new system.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining our reputation for excellence while supporting and mentoring install helpers to grow within the trade.
Key Responsibilities- Complete residential retrofit HVAC installations with quality and efficiency
- Install AC, furnace, and water heater systems from start to finish, including commissioning/start-up
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners throughout the project
- Manage project timelines and scope to ensure jobs stay on track
- Maintain organization of tools, materials, and job sites
- Complete all required installation paperwork accurately
- Educate homeowners on system operation after installation
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and job site
- Assist in training and developing install helpers
- 1+ years of HVAC lead installer experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including AC, refrigeration, and heating principles
- EPA Certification
- Understanding of HVAC industry best practices and building codes
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Journeyman-level install experience
- NATE Certification
