Pay: $23.00 - $33.00/hour depending on experience

You'll help install HVAC systems in newly constructed residential homes while working alongside experienced team members and project crews.
- Install residential HVAC systems in new construction projects
- Fabricate and install ductwork systems
- Read blueprints and installation specifications
- Test and inspect installed systems for functionality and safety
- Troubleshoot installation-related issues when needed
- Maintain organized and clean job sites
- Complete installation documentation accurately
- Communicate professionally with builders, contractors, and homeowners
- Follow safety standards and local building codes
- 6+ months of HVAC installation experience or completion of HVAC trade school certification
- Experience working with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints is preferred
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to handle physical demands of the position
