Day Shift, 6:45am-3:15pm
Responsibilities:
- Build and wire industrial control panels according to engineering drawings and electrical schematics
- Perform point-to-point wiring, wire cutting, stripping, crimping, labeling, and termination.
- Assemble electrical and mechanical components into control panels and enclosures.
- Install relays, terminal blocks, switches, breakers, power supplies, and other control components.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
- Perform continuity checks and basic electrical testing to verify proper assembly.
- Route, organize, and secure wiring to company quality standards.
- Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and electrical testing equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve assembly issues.
Qualifications:
- Experience with electrical assembly, panel wiring, industrial wiring, or a related electrical trade.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Understanding of wire stripping, crimping, terminals, and electrical connections.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Fabrication shop environment
- Day shift: 6:45am-3:15pm

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, OR.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
