Exceed customers’ expectations of service while attending to service and repair demands in a professional manner. Position requires written explanations of services performed clearly documented for every vehicle.

Duties and Responsibilities :
  • Consult with shop foreman/shop manager and read work orders to determine work required.
  • Follow checklists to ensure that all critical parts are examined.
  • Order parts needed for repairs/services.
  • Perform basic lube oil and filter services as directed.
  • Perform other basic preventive maintenance duties as assigned.
  • Legibly and accurately record services performed, time accrued and parts used.
  • Inform Foreman when job is complete.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Duties may include cleaning shop, emptying trash cans, assisting other technicians when required.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Attend & complete required technical training programs and schools as required.
Qualifications:
  • Previous Lube Technician experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge and skills required to perform preventive maintenance on medium-duty trucks.
  • Computer knowledge, basic keyboarding skills, and ability to read and write in English.
  • Possess basic hand and/or power tools
  • Have a valid driver’s license, maintain a good driving record, and be able to get a medical card per DOT guidelines.
Physical Demands :
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb up/down ladders, in/out of vehicles and use power and hand tools.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $27.00/hour

Schedule: Tuesday
- Saturday, 7:30am - 4:00pm
