Bath Installer

Renuity is seeking a skilled Bath Installer to join our fast-growing national home remodeling team. In this field-based role, you will complete residential bath and shower installations, including demolition, prep, waterproofing, plumbing tie-ins, and finishing work. You'll follow detailed specifications, building codes, and safety standards while delivering clean, high-quality, and efficient installations. Working directly in customers' homes, you'll represent Renuity's customer-focused culture through professionalism, clear communication, and reliable, on-time performance on every project.

Responsibilities

• Install bath and shower systems in residential homes according to specifications and building codes
• Perform demolition, prep work, waterproofing, plumbing tie-ins, and finishing details
• Ensure high-quality workmanship, accurate measurements, and clean, safe job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers regarding timelines and progress
• Troubleshoot installation issues and complete adjustments or repairs as needed
• Follow safety protocols and company standards on every project
• Maintain tools, materials, and company vehicle in good working order
• Document work completed and submit required job photos and paperwork promptly
