Insight Global is looking for Field Service Engineers to join a leading equipment manufacturer within the semiconductor industry. This individual will be responsible for traveling to different sites to do installations of the equipment. The first 15 days they will designate what tool set they will be working on and what customers they will be helping do installations for. From that, the first 30 days they will be scheduled for a 3 week training.
They will then be traveling to install the equipment and on top of installations, they will be assisting in troubleshooting, repairs and routine maintenance on the equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills - ability to speak on thought process on maintenance, troubleshooting, or repairing equipment
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems
- Experience using a Multimeter - Continuity Checks, Amperage, Voltage, Resistance
- Experience working with a torque wrench
- Familiarity with Lock Out Tag Out Process - (LOTO)
- Experience working with / troubleshooting robotic equipment
- Experience supporting semiconductor equipment
- Military experience in the following MOS’:
