$21.00 an hour. Full-time;
Monday through Friday 9am to 5:30pm

What You’ll Do:
  • 1:1 Support:
    You will be the first point of contact for referrals and youth calling the New Day warm line. You will provide in-person advocacy, safety planning, and resource navigation in a community-based setting to youth
  • Crisis Support:
    Support youth in navigating crisis and provide crisis interventions as appropriate.
  • Data Compliance:
    Maintain required documentation, including case notes, processing referrals, case files, and expenditures.
  • This position is based at the Youth CNCT building at 41 SE 102nd Avenue and launches into community to meet with youth, returning to Youth CNCT or other New Avenues locations between meetings and at the end of the day
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1-year experience working with high-risk youth or providing services to individuals in the sex trades, experiencing sex trafficking, or experiencing crisis related to sexual violence OR a Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology or related human services field experience required.
  • Individuals with lived experience are specifically encouraged to apply!
