As a Relief Skills Trainer, you'll play a hands‑on role in helping youth build skills, develop healthy relationships, and navigate healing from trauma.

What You'll Do
  • Provide direct care, support, and supervision to youth in our programs
  • Build relationships that help youth develop coping skills and emotional regulation
  • Implement skill‑building elements of each youth's individualized service plan
  • Collaborate with Therapeutic Care Coordinators and other professionals
  • Ensure safety through trauma‑informed care principles and appropriate interventions
  • Encourage positive communication, problem solving, and healthy interactions
  • Document daily activities and services in alignment with state licensing and quality standards

As a Relief team member, you provide essential coverage on an as‑needed basis - offering flexibility while making meaningful impact.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree + 1 year of experience in mental health, social services, or a related field
    OR at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in stressful situations
  • Empathy, strong boundaries, and a commitment to youth-centered care
