This position is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, mentorship-driven, team-oriented, and passionate about supporting youth through real-life moments whether that means helping with job applications, cooking dinner together, managing conflict, celebrating accomplishments, or simply being a

steady and supportive adult presence.

Physical & Work Environment

This is an in-person position. This role is active and hands-on.
