$21.00 per hour, Full-time, Monday through Friday 10am until 6:30pm

New Avenues for Youth seeks a compassionate and resilient AES Drop-In Case Manager to join our Day program team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in counseling, psychology or social work preferred OR relevant work and life experience
  • Valid driver’s license, access to an automobile, and active auto insurance
What You’ll Do:

The Drop-In Center Case Manager provides engagement and case management services with an interdisciplinary, multi-agency team to youth experiencing houselessness. Responsibilities include intake and assessment; crisis intervention; case planning and contracting; resource brokerage and referral; case coordination and advocacy; skills training and group facilitation; follow-up and after care; provision of clinical and financial record keeping related to job duties; providing backup and scheduled floor coverage for Drop In program.
