Position Description

The Program Manager II works as part of an interdisciplinary team and is responsible for ensuring that program activities are administered effectively and in accordance with regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for providing clinical oversight, support, and professional development for assigned staff.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage the day‑to‑day operations of assigned clinical program – including client care, quality improvement and service delivery.
  • In collaboration with leadership, set annual goals and objectives aligned with integrated treatment and the mission.
  • With support from Quality Management and Cascadia’s compliance department, investigate and resolve client complaints.
  • Assist with the development of an operating budget to support the programs goals and objectives.
  • Monitor expenditures monthly and control costs; ensure expenditures stay within budget.
  • Attend both internal and external meetings to collaborate, problem‑solve, advocate for programs, and maintain positive working relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Oversee and leverage clinical data to monitor performance and assist in decision making.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating collaboration among interdisciplinary teams, and communicating with stakeholders.
  • Assess progress toward achieving goals and objectives and revise plans, systems, policies, and procedures to assure success.
  • Provide input into the development of policies, procedures, and systems in support of program goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Regulatory & Compliance
  • Comply with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures under which the program and company operates.
  • Comply with and manage relevant Contracts, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and Grants.
