DescriptionWe are searching for individuals who are excited to help make a difference in the lives of others and would like to start working immediately.
Our Direct Care staff work one‑on‑one with clients in their homes, providing care and assistance with client‑identified goals; light housekeeping and cooking; companionship and community inclusion; medication administration and hygiene assistance; errands, attending appointments, and more.
Compensation & BenefitsDriver – $22.00 per hour. Must drive, have own personal vehicle with auto insurance, and be willing to transport clients.
Non‑driver – $20.00 per hour.
Full‑time: 37–40 hours per week.
Flexible schedules available.
Mileage reimbursed at $0.43 per mile.
Full‑time employees (30+ hours) after 60 days eligible for 100% company‑paid medical, dental, vision, and alternative care through Kaiser Permanente, plus a 20% discount for spouse/family coverage.
Up to 8 hours of PTO per month after 6 months; 401(k) with 6% match and Flexible Spending Account after one year.
Employee Assistance Program and additional benefits such as movie, theme‑park, car‑rental discounts through Working Advantage.
Optional supplemental insurance through Colonial Life for hospitalization coverage.
Duties & Responsibilities• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Working car if applying as a driver.
• Minimum age 18.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check per State of Oregon standards.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen (illegal drugs in Oregon).
No prior experience required; willingness to assist others, ability to understand and follow tasks as directed, time‑management, excellent listening skills, and strong professional boundaries.
