UCP Oregon seeks two Personal Agents to support adults with disabilities in Multnomah and Clackamas Counties. You’ll manage a caseload of 36–40 clients, advocate for person-centered outcomes, and coordinate services across employment, housing, and health supports.
The role offers a hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 remote) with typical hours 8:30am–5pm, and a pay rate of $28.09 per hour plus benefits, PTO, and retirement options.
