New Avenues for Youth in Portland seeks a Residential Advocate to support youth in our Moxie Housing program. This full-time night shift (Thu-Sun, 10pm-8am) offers meaningful mentorship, consistent advocacy, and opportunities to help youth move toward independent living.
You will document journeys, connect youths with resources, participate in group and individual sessions, and grow professionally in a collaborative team that values equity, compassion, and resilience.
