Cultivating Community. You will provide 1:1 skills training, crisis prevention, and community navigation for participants in emergency motel placements, aiming to move toward stable housing.
You will collaborate with treatment teams, coordinate transportation, and refer to mental health and SUD services as needed, working on-site to support program goals and participant safety.
